What we collect

• Order information: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number and order details.

• Payment information: processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card details.

• Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, to operate and improve the store.

• Communications: messages you send us by email or contact form.

Why we use it (legal bases)

• To fulfil your order and provide customer service (performance of a contract).

• To process payments and prevent fraud (legitimate interest / legal obligation).

• To send marketing emails where you have opted in (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).

• To improve our store and to comply with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make your order possible, including:

• Shopify (our e-commerce platform),

• payment providers (e.g. Shopify Payments / Shop Pay, PayPal),

• shipping and fulfilment partners.

These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the EU. Where they do, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

How long we keep it

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by law, and other data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email romanichgaga@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
