Shipping Policy
1. Where we ship
Chubby Tail ships across the European Union. A few remote regions or territories may be unavailable; if we can't ship to your address, no shipping option will appear at checkout.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Processing may take a little longer during sales, holidays or other busy periods.
3. Delivery time
Estimated delivery across Latvia and the EU is 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — actual times can vary due to the carrier, customs, remote destinations, or events outside our control (see section 8).
4. Shipping costs
- Standard shipping is a flat €4.95.
- Orders of €50 or more ship FREE.
Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout, before you pay, based on your order value and destination.
5. Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow up to 5 business days after dispatch for tracking to begin updating, as carrier systems can be slow to register a parcel.
6. Customs & duties
Orders delivered within the EU are generally not subject to additional customs duties. (This is separate from VAT, which is already included in the price you pay where applicable.)
7. Incorrect addresses, lost & returned parcels
- You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. We can't be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
- If a parcel is returned to us (wrong address, refused, or unclaimed), we'll contact you to re-ship it (you cover the new postage) or refund it minus any shipping we can't recover.
- If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after the estimated window, email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. A parcel is generally treated as lost once the carrier confirms it, or after 30 business days from dispatch with no delivery — at which point we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Events outside our control
Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, customs holds, strikes, severe weather or other disruptions. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
