Where we ship

Chubby Tail ships across Latvia and the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery to Latvia and across the EU is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on EU orders over €49.

• For orders under €49, a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Customs & duties

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at romanichgaga@gmail.com and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
