Welcome to Chubby Tail. By visiting our store and/or buying from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Kristians Konstantinovs, trading as Chubby Tail ("we", "us", "our"), based in Latvia. You can reach us at romanichgaga@gmail.com.

2. Using our store

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you will not use our products for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content without permission.

3. Products & pricing

We sell pet supplies and accessories. We aim to display products, descriptions and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices, products or availability at any time without notice. Colours and images are for illustration and may vary slightly.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred). A contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has shipped. We may cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfil it.

5. Payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy — both of which form part of these terms.

7. Product use & safety

Always supervise your pet with new products, follow any product instructions, and choose the correct size for your pet. Toys and accessories are not indestructible — inspect them regularly and replace them if damaged. You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately for your pet.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chubby Tail is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos and design) belongs to Chubby Tail or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia and the European Union. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Latvia, without affecting your right as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence. EU customers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
